This property was absolutely disgusting. My family and I did not feel clean or safe trying to stay there. We are from out of town for a family emergency and this was a last minute booking and we will never stay there again.the whole building smelled of soured food and mold. We did not even stay the full night because of how dirty and unsafe the location was.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Room was filthy and reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Sheets were stained and threadbare. Bathroom was disgusting and moldy. Hallways were dark and unsafe.

Property was dirty. Room was dirty on checkin. Paid extra for a suite and kitchen was horrible. Hair in shower. Just overall terrible condition. Will not be back.

We just didn’t feel that safe staying there, there was no safe even though it said there would be one, and it didn’t feel very clean. Plus the smoke detector was missing, the lights kept flickering, there were stains all over the carpets and chairs, and we couldn’t get the balcony door open most of the time

I made a very grave error in judgement. You, gentle reader, are already a great deal wiser than me just by getting this far. Read the other reviews. And know they were generous. There were holes in the walls of the bedroom walls, ripped and peeling wallpaper and mold in the bathrooms. It appeared someone ripped the lighting sconces off the wall and while the beds were made, I really don't want to think to much about them. The room was a sweltering 90 degrees when we got in. (It was 50 degrees outside) Luckily I had a balcony room, and was able to open the window to let in some air. The carpets were disgusting, and I wouldn't walk around without shoes on. My daughter, who I was traveling with, dubbed in the "Murder Hotel" and I gotta admit the random dark section of the hotel hallway when the lightbulb had burnt out was pretty creepy. When we left the hotel we were walking behind a member of their staff. We watched as he spat out a loogie onto the carpeted hotel hallway.... what I'm trying to say here, is run.

The hotel was typically quiet on the weekday. The weekend was loud. Nothing the hotel staff could do about that. There's mold in my bathroom. Roaches. Look of the building was dated, dark, and uncared for. I was told that because I prepaid, I had no choice but to except the conditions and pay more if I moved. Don't know if I'll use this site again or the hotel.

I would not recommend my room was dirty found pop tops on the floor and hair on the toilet if I wasn’t so exhausted with my 3 children after a 10 hour drive I would of went to another hotel

We got there late, were told that we should drive around back. Our keycard didn’t work on the outside door that was nearest our room number. We went back and were told to try the other door back there, since it’s not locked. Breakfast had few options. You can make a waffle, have a granola bar and a yogurt. Our key card didn’t work the second day. We had to go fix it. Don’t get in the elevators. They reeked of who knows what. Sheets had cigarettes holes in them. This property is way past its prime, but is really cheap if you are just looking for a place to rest your head.

Theres multiple entrances around the sides and back of the building that don’t lock so anyone can come into the hotel at anytime without going past the front desk which I didn’t like, definitely a safety concern. The room was okay for the price. It would be nice if there wasn’t so much damage to the walls and furniture, as well as a lot of staining on the floor. The staff was always there if you needed anything and they were friendly which was nice.

After investigation, we discovered that you did not come into the property to discuss the issue with anybody. You made a decision based on your assumption. It is your responsibility to notify the property 24 hours before arrival if there is any change of plan, not the day after. Please reflect on your reservation where all the hotel and Expedia booking terms and conditions are outlined before making any negative remark about anyone. However, the refund was processed the very day you made a call to the property. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused on behalf of the hotel.

Close to interstat, clerk very friendly. Rugs stained, lights in hall burnt-out, no smoke alarm in the room,bare wires hanging from it.. could be nice with a good cleaning. Price was good

The bed was the good part of this stay. I decided to try this location, because one of my friends used to go here often. It's like they gave up on the rooms. They do a good job cleaning the carpet, the towels, countertops, and the beds. The bed is very comfortable. We ended up moving to a different room because a roach kept crawling close to my son inside of the room, while he was asleep. The next room smelled so bad that we had to keep the patio door open, until it was almost dark outside. The patio is the land of the lost cigarettes. I've never seen that many in my life. There has to be years of cigarettes all through the patios. The balconies are falling apart. It's pretty terrifying! The MORNING staff that works with the customers are very friendly and professional.

The hallways smelled of marijuana and bleach. The rooms and building need updated, there were stains on the bedding, red splatter on the walls, mold in the shower and the the balconies on the upper floors are rotting away.

Got there around 1am in the morning, mainly to take a few hour nap since driving all day and shower, to return on the road. Lobby smelled like urine, room was in rough shape (damaged all over, but clean). I heard water running, went in bathroom and found shower leaking. Was unable to turn off, or even turn on for that matter. Didn’t bother complaining since needed sleep more. So, unfortunately was unable to do a shower, which is half of what was needed. As far as the other half, sleeping, that did not occur as well. Every 15-40ish minutes the main fire alarm for the building repeatedly went off, waking me up. 6 hours and maybe only 30 minutes of very startling sleep, and no shower. Paid $90 for 6 hours of nothing that was needed.
