The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I could walk from my floor into the parking lot. Very convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

They had free food and drinks every afternoon we were there.

Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
Had to switch rooms due to the rooms being nasty. Rooms seemed old and outdated. Mattress, pillow, and bed spread was uncomfortable. Some elevators were out of services.
