Great place to stay - restaurants were lack luster with poor food and over priced drinks, overall had a great stay. Staff was friendly and easy to work with

They had the front entrance closed, very inconvenient to check in, difficult for bringing in our luggage. Our stay was during the week, not many choices to eat.

The place was not very clean there's stuff on the walls and we got there at 10 o'clock None of the restaurants were open we woke up at 9 o'clock AM and there was only one breakfast restaurant open

It's hard to get to the hotel. Several parking lots closed off. Signage is poor or non-existent regarding where to go or park. You have to drag your luggage through a parking ramp, down an elevator, through a hallway, and then up another elevator to get to the room. They treat you like a criminal. In order to use a luggage cart, you have to leave the desk clerk (orange hair) your driver's license. You get your license back after you bring the cart back to Orange hair, who takes it to a room behind the front desk slowly…while you wait. He then gives your license back. Is it a bad neighborhood? Do people steal these carts? The casino is great, good bartenders, good hotel rooms.

Beautiful hotel, great staff interaction, the hotel smelled beautiful the moment you walked into it all the way up into my room. Stayed one night with my children and even though a casino is on the first floor it was very quiet. Only downfall is figuring out the entrance of the hotel. Not enough signs. Drove in circles for about 10 minutes.

I really enjoyed my stay, would have been better with a microwave but overall it was great. The patio was the best part. Easy access to the parking lot and cool spot for smoking.

Our stay was pretty great with a few bumps. The drink machines in the vending areas were out of order on 3 floors. We got in after dark and the lighting for signage to find hotel entrance was not good. We wish there was more information on the restaurants for availability on a week night. It was a little confusing since we had never been there before. However, the catering provided for the class we were attending, was excellent. The food was good and the staff was amazing!
