I am sorry you found the property not to standard, I wish you had called, as we could have rectified this. You did stay in the room (van) you selected from the options of rooms.

I am sorry that you found that my sending an email 3 days and 24 hours before your arrival was poor communication of the van number and keybox code. I am also sorry to hear that two bulbs were not working, a simple call or text would have fixed this. I am so glad however that you liked the saucepan set so much that you took them with you, and that you felt all the beds needed bringing into the lounge for you to sleep on.
