"Breakfast included was delicious and a really nice perk!
Hotel is close distance to alot of activities, including racing, CF Polo Park Mall, Cineplex and arcades.
Staff were very accommodating a polite.
Pool area was fun, clean and has a nice splash pad area for small children to enjoy.
Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Sofa bed could use a new mattress, but we made the best of it with extra blankets and pillows provided by staff.

"Rooms and building are all in excellent shape.
The pool was closed all five days we stayed at this property.
Breakfast provided was minimal compared to other Hampton Inns we have stayed at.
Many mornings there was no cutlery
Very little condiments
Very poor selection of items.
Staff did not seem concerned with these issues when it was brought to their attention. Just a sorry our kitchen is closed and the pool is being repaired."

"The room was clean. The bed was quite soft, to the point it was a bit uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The patio we had in a newly renovated room was incomplete and looked through a chain link fence to a parking lot. Not the hotel’s fault but the people above us were quite loud walking and banging around (maybe their balcony door?) through the night. Sounded like a WWE match and woke us a few times in the night. Staff were pleasant, room was clean and functional. Good for what we needed it...

"Good hotel, very reasonably priced, close to the university of Manitoba and Superstore. To improve: blinds are definitely not blackout, which is challenging in spring when the sun is up early, and when your window faces the parking lot with extremely bright floodlights. Unfortunately it was raining two nights and there was a dripping sound outside the window that was so loud it sounded like someone was popping microwave popcorn in the next room. "Check in was wonderful and the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean with no odours or lingering scents. Pool was a lot of fun for the kids and the hot tub was great for the adults. The breakfast was fantastic! Everything that was Gluten free was labelled - and they made the eggs and sausage GF - which rarely happens at other hotels. Will definitely look for Best Western first for future travels."

"The room was really large with a kitchenette that allowed us to cook on the road. Staff were extremely friendly, more so than any hotel we stayed in during our trip across the country. One of the best, and best value hotels we stayed at across 5 provinces."
