Definitely not walkable to the beach but they do offer transport everyday to the beach and there is a mall opposite the beach facility which is nice. Our stay was superb! The staff are quite helpful no hesitation with any questions we might of had. We will be back in time to come.

This is a jewel of a hotel where staff go the extra mile to help and support their guests. The complimentary continental breakfast is excellent and the accommodation tastefully decorated and spacious. Service and accommodation rival much more expensive hotels on Gran Anse. If there is one downside it is the hilly walk to the beach but there is a daily shuttle to the beach which compensates. A memorable haven!

Beautiful zen place with the most amazing views. Perfect place to chill and you also can work with a view. Staff is very accommodating. Highly recommend it.

I liked that they were able to give us a different room than what we had reserved. The view from the property is nice and clean. Annie was great at providing transportation around the area. The property should at least spray the rooms or keep mosquito repellent in the rooms and an extra trash can in the room besides just the one in the bathroom. The property should have some sort of sign or road name to indicate where the property is since some taxi drivers didn't know where the property was or the corner building next to it that is visible on the main road.

The views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful overlooking the bay! The rooms however do have extremely thin walls so you will hear everything going on in the room next door or in the hotel. There was an event happening that stayed very loud until after 1am which is apparently a frequent occurrence as they host numerous events (not surprising with the lovely view). The bathroom also had a good bit of mold on the ceiling. The kitchen was closed most of the time for dinner which made getting a cab down the hill or ordering in the only two options, but the breakfast was good and reasonable priced. The staff were helpful though in arranging taxis and providing recommendations!

Friendly staff but I wouldn't go back.
The staff workers were very friendly and I hate to give a bad review. The view was nice but it is a remote location in a very poor neighborhood so walking outside of the hotel is unnerving. If you don't have a rental car, you are stuck and no place you would want to go is within walking distance. The dining is a rip-off and quality doesn't match the price by a long way! The kitchen was not run well and the stove was disgustingly filthy! Bed was very hard. Dogs barking through out the night in the neighborhood. No hot water at all.

Dear Joe,I really appreciate your feed back and I am sorry you had a bad experience. I would like to assure you that even though Grand Anse has poor looking houses, it is very safe to walk around and our neighborhood has amazing individuals. As a female I would feel safe walking here by my self at any hour of the night. People do not even lock their houses. I will defiantly look into the other issues you are referring to. Our hot water is generated from solar panels and the beds are new with extra padding.The stove you referred to is in the open air kitchen/BBQ backyard area but the cooking and the prepping is taking place inside the actual professional kitchen. The chef is one of Grenada's best and has won several awards. If you ever have a chance to come back I would like to give you a different experience at our expense.

Magnificent views
Where the Bay House is located allows magnificent views of the land and the sea and is 10-15 mins to St George’s.
