I arrived at 12:30 AM after a grueling trip.I had reservations for two nights. When I got in the room, I was unable to bolt lock the door. The phone didn't work so I walked back to the front desk. She came to the room and also struggled with the bolt lock. She stated I didn't need it because there was a latch. I said I'm not comfortable with out the bolt lock. She struggled with it by lifting the door up and finally got it locked. When I went to unlock it, it stuck badly. I said I'm not comfortable with this lock. Can i please have another room? She argued with me.I told her it was about my safety, please assign me another room. She gave me another room with a working bolt lock. There was a dead bug on the bed sheet.It wasn't a bed bug. I looked it up. Then I discovered the next morning that the phone did not work and the key card did not work. I was given a replacement key, I ate my breakfast, packed up, returned my keys and went to another hotel. Expedia got the second night canceled and I received a refund for the second night. The clerk was disrespectful. The property was dysfunctional.
