The lighting in the hallways near reception was extremely poor, which didn’t feel welcoming or safe. "Everything was fine during our stay, apart from a finding a dubious-looking piece of "something sticky" in one of the paper cups in our room (sorted out quickly by reception). There are several places to eat here. And whilst KFC, Greggs, and McDonald's aren't exactly the most appealing options, the West Cornwall Pasty Co provided a welcome alternative. Our room was comfortable, warm and very quiet. All-in-all, It made for an ideal overnight stop."

"Was an excellent experience staying at the Greyhound hotel, friendly staff at reception and perfect location. Felt very safe there too. The telly didn't work but the staff promptly swapped it for one that does so no worries on that one. Will definitely stay there again. "
