"Temp only raised in increment of 1 degree. Took me 1.5 days days to get from 66 to 72 No food until 6:00 is not good Valet has no phone. Clunky Fitness sucks. For $300 need steam and locker room Auto blinds broken. Take down the sign. Very hard to raise manually. Painful. Parking and valet way too much. 3 holes in concrete caused my medical scooter to crash. You cant see them??"

"On one of the two mornings there was no waffle mix, but the rest of the variety was acceptable. I was disappointed finding out that only paid parking was available, which was probably in the fine print on orbitz. Because our situation changed the day before due to Amtrak I will no longer reserve a room I cannot cancel a few days early. We were able to catch the ball game, but would have stayed at a more reasonably priced hotel with free parking even if it required taking the city rail. This place was nice enough but priced too high."

"Everything was amazing, except a few negatives, the shower pressure was low, I did complain, but the shower remained the same pressure and I didn't feel completely clean. I also dropped something behind the bedside table and behind it I found an old bottle top and a clump of hair. The pool was delayed opening, but I knew about this before booking. I would stay here again however, but only once the shower pressure is fixed."

"The location was greatconvenient and my room was ready well before the posted check-in time, which I appreciated. However, the property felt much more worn than the photos suggested. My room had visible water stains and cleanliness issues, and the check-in process was frustrating because the app directed me to the front desk while the front desk repeatedly directed me back to the app. Overall, the stay was fine, but the hotel did not feel as well-maintained as advertised."

"They were very accommodating when we requested early check in. The room was small- too small for a king bed. Only place to sit was a desk chair or bed. No room if someone stopped by. Only 3 very flat/soft pillows- should have a choice of soft or firm. Hand soap was out, shampoo was nearly out. Bed was made poorly- the fitted sheet would not stay on. No closet, no dresser, no safe. Very minimalistic. Lobby hot water (for tea) was out. I was instructed to get cold water from the bar and heat it in the microwave on the other side of lobby. No offer to get more hot water."
