This is a very secluded property. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, getaway this is a great spot. There is a bar and restaurant on site. It's not an AI. The menu is smaller, and doesn't change, but the food is very good! There are only 12 rooms in this resort so it's very quiet, the water is calm, and view is amazing. Some of the rooms do not have air conditioning, so if that is something you need be sure when you are reserving you have the right room. Our cab driver that works mostly with this resort was AMAZING! He took on our tours, and ran errands to get food, and liquor for our room. Ask for Anthony! And have him give you a tour of the island. He's so very informative, and smart and we learned so much from him. We loved this trip and it was a totally different vibe for us, and the way we normally travel. The owners were very nice, and manager Sammy was great too. I recommend it.

Lovely property! The beach is amazing. The room was sparse but comfortable, absolutely loved the covered patio basically on the beach. No air conditioning so might be hot in the summer but perfect for our January getaway, loved hearing the sound of the ocean all night long. The restaurant so great, catch of the day was awesome, best swordfish ever, but could be limited if staying several days. Loved that the property was away from the busyness of st George. Staff was all very friendly and felt like home. Glad we had rented a car because it is a bit away from things.

La Sagesse is a hidden gem on the east coast of Grenada. With only 12 rooms facing the beach and the bay, it never gets crowded and allows one to fully relax and unwind. Staff, led by Sammy, the property manager, are exceptional in their approach to relaxed and friendly hospitality and were very helpful in making our stay memorable. Highly recommended.

This resort is absolutely wonderful. The rooms ,dining facilities and beach are fantastic. The setting is beautiful. What makes it superb are the staff, the general manager Sammy and the owners Mike & Lynn. Resorts like this are hard to find. If we had not wanted to experience and get to know the whole island, we would have only stayed here. Thank you all, Vino & Lionel

The hotel was quiet and off the beaten path. The beach was very close. Tue restaurant and bar was clean and welcoming. The staff was super nice and extremely helpful. The only negative - NO A/C.

The hotel is small eco friendly on a beautiful safe protected beach. Very friendly staff. Excellent food and service on island time. Very comfortable beds in airy clean well appointed rooms.

Excellent place with Excellent People
Lynn and Mike are amazing hosts along with all the other staff. You are about 20 - 30 minutes away from the main action in Morne Rouge or Grand Anse if that is what you are looking for. But for those looking for a great Grenada experience this is the place to be. The wireless internet is blazing fast which is good because there are no tv's in the rooms. There is only one unit with AC so be prepared. Overall a super place with no negatives to speak off. The beach and water is very good and is shallow a good ways out. Food in the restaurant is excellent and very reasonably priced. Say hello to Tom the bar tender. Enjoy!!!!

Great location, beachfront. Friendly staff
We had an amazing stay in La Sagesse. We booked for 2 nights but extended for 6 nights! The staff are very kind and we really felt like we were at home! A lovely beach and great restaurant. We highly recommend.

Phenomenal hospitality, I was treated like family. I spent the day on the beautiful beach with wonderful cocktails and catch of the day. They dealt admirably with Covid-19 disruption /curfews /restrictions.

Few hotels can boast a staff that is both friendly and professional. The La Sagesse staff walks between both without missing a beat. After a full day of travel, and being first time guests, we were greeted by everyone already knowing our first names. We began feeling at home that first afternoon, a home we settled into for the next 10 days.

A chill out location
We booked to stay here following day visits on previous holiday. The cottage was lovely, big verandah, sea breezes through the windows at night, comfy bed. The restaurant serves delicious food and makes great coffee which the owners told us they import specially. The massage was great after a long flight and very reasonable. The beach if fabulous although if there has been a swell then the water is a little weedy for a few hours. The accommodation is not cheap but if you want somewhere to chill out for a few days, this is ideal. We were told the hotel is having a facelift during the low season so will be even nicer next winter.

One of the best!
We were recommended la Sages from friends who stayed there some time ago and we really loved it! The beach and the view where like a dream and it was really no problem with no airco, nature took care of that! Smart with the windows on all sides so the wind could blow through!

Excellent quiet stay on great beach.
Great beach. Wonderful sleeping to sound of the surf. Quiet out of the way location. No crowds. Need a car or must hire a taxi to go anywhere else for meals. Food okay not great. Accommodations are bit dated but comfortable. No A/C but with ocean breeze and ceiling fan we were comfortable. Pre arrival questions were answered and an airport pick up was arranged and we were met despite arriving 3 hours late. In summary, if you want a quiet out of the way place on a beautiful beach rather than the hoards at Grand Anse, La Sagesse (pronounced with a soft g), is a very good choice. My wife just added that the staff was very accommodating and the place very relaxing.

Quiet and rustic resort located on a picturesque bay with a nice beach The hotel staff were very friendly and the onsite restaurant provided good meals
