"Small, friendly, helpful & clean.
Room very comfortable with everything you would need for a short stay. Only comment was that there was no long mirror in the room. The one in the assessable room was in the toilet/shower room & therefore became less assessable when the toilet was in use plus became very steamed up & unable to be used.
Such a small thing so not a problem & we would definitely use this hotel again.
Dinner was very nice as was breakfast with plenty of choice.

"Among the best hotels on the island. Particularly the attention to detail and the comforts laid on for guests. The food is superb, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our room was spacious and sumptuous. The building has been extensively renovated and refurbished recently and the owners took the opportunity to ensure the benefits were for the guests. Our room was clean and comfortable. The house has a lot of character and original features. The view from our room was amazing, looking right out to the sea and Arran.
