Beautiful property, staff and pool are amazing. My only complaint is I wish there was at least one more food option and or shopping area closer. It is hard getting taxis on the island but even for the pharmacy would be nice to have something onsite or closer.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The lobby staff is amazing. Found the wait staff to be slow, but kind of seems that way everywhere on the island. It’s keeping drinks full (water specifically) when asked for and quickly once seated.

When I booked the terrace room with a water view, the pictures in Expedia led me to believe the room would be nicer than it actually was. There were no pictures of the room we were in. It was dark with a sliding door to the bathroom that did not, but construction, close completely. The view was somewhat obstructed. The property is nice and we had a good time, but I expected a light room with a high ceiling and would encourage prospective travelers to Google the various room levels and their images before choosing this property.
