"For this to have been a Royalton, it was a horrible experience. First off there are no elevators in any building other than the diamond club building so if you’re on the fourth floor in any other building, you have to walk up and down every day. "I just recently returned from my stay at Mount Cinnamon. What a beautiful hotel! Check in was easy and I appreciated the welcome drink. My room was beautiful and clean with a nice view off of the balcony. Also, comfortable bedding, and the hotel was very quiet. I loved coming to my room the first day and seeing fresh baked banana bread, and everyday, the staff personally delivered cookies to the room. Such a nice treat.
