"Wir haben einen vollkommen gelungene Winterurlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und in sauberem Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Leider wurde kurzfristig das in der Buchung enthaltene Frühstück abgesagt. Hier erfolgte eine Minderung des Reisepreises. Des Weiteren war leider der Wellnessbereich (Sauna/ Whirlpool etc.) des Hauses, mit Ausnahme des Freizeit- und Fitnessraum, nicht geöffnet. Dies wurde uns aber vorab nicht mitgeteilt! "Wir waren drei Nächte im Hotel Sonnenhof. Unsere Suite war sehr großzügig und sauber. Der Spa-/Poolbereich ist sehr groß und schön. An einigen Stellen wird noch renoviert. Der derzeitige Personalmangel wird durch die zuvorkommenden, freundlichen und engagierten Mitarbeiter aufgefangen. Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform - reichlich und lecker. Die vielen schlechten Kritiken können wir nicht nachvollziehen! Kleine Unzulänglichkeiten sind vorhanden, aber darüber haben wir gerne hinweg...
