"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The price was completely unreasonable considering the condition of the facilities. Everything felt extremely outdated, including the gym equipment, which was old and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was also a serious issue. I even noticed bugs on some of the equipment, which was unacceptable. The mattress was very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well during the stay. In addition, the actual hotel environment looked nothing like the photos...

"Our stay was good, my only complaint was the last night we needed an extra blanket but the hotel didn’t have any."

"The hot tub was very nice, the included breakfast was super disappointing, the room was clean aside from small details such as the ceiling of the shower having some mold residue so i cleaned that myself on first night, the pool was full of hair and a lot of hair so only used it once during first day, overall was okay not the best and not the worst"

"Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful, room equipment (fridge, coffee pot, microwave, etc.,) worked well, great onsite services if needed such as washing machine, dry cleaning etc. Onsite breakfast had many options for food, drinks, it was fun to try the options. I also liked the location and neighbourhood, and when needed I simply parked at the close by Fairview Mall TTC parking and took the subway when I didn't want to drive downtown."

"Had a great stay. Clean, accessible apartment Great location with the TTC downstairs. Will definitely be coming back. Only con: Amazon/mail deliveries aren't allowed and this is an inconvenience for someone staying longer and every thing is usually ordered online."

"Excellent stay in downtown Toronto. The condo was modern, clean, and very well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, attractions, and transit — and parking was surprisingly easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again."

"There is no bellman and no valet parking. It was a bit inconvenient when we arrived with lots of luggage. Lobby is on the 12th floor so I had To leave the car out front and go up to check in. The front desk woman was very helpful and met us in the parking garage with a cart for our luggage. Other than that the room was clean. Breakfast was very good but they ran out of eggs and didn’t replenish during the time I was Down to eat. Staff was helpful. "

"The Anndore House is very conveniently located just off of Yonge with plenty of great restaurants nearby. It is a nice boutique hotel with great staff and service. The rooms are nicely laid out with lots of closet room and shelves for toiletries and such. The bed was super comfortable. The only drawback were the wooden blinds that let a lot of light in early mornings. Overall, however, we had a fabulous stay and will return on our next visit! Thank you!"

"This hotel feels average for the price point. The rooms are small but clean. The bathroom sink only had very hot water, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was not included in my rate; when I chose to try it, the selection was limited and items were not being refilled, and service was quite slow. The staff were friendly, but the team seemed understaffed."
