I didn’t think it was worth the price. The stay wasn’t bad but we stay at a lot of hotels and this was one of the most expensive and it wasn’t all that great.

The staff was the best part about this property. They were very friendly and welcoming. The property itself is in need of serious help. It’s very outdated, smells weird, and isn’t really clean. It was fine for a late night stop during a snow storm otherwise, I wouldn’t choose it again.

Ask about construction.

Definitely check that the construction on the 2nd floor has been completed. They started banging right above my head at 7am. Picked the wrong place for sleeping in. Otherwise… Perfectly fine. Friendly staff.

It was the smallest hotel room I ever seen, and they charged me a ridiculous amount . The carpet was stained I would never stay there again.

We were looking for an affordable but decent place to stay that wasn’t too far from Highmark stadium. This wasn’t the Hilton but it fit the bill. Staff was friendly and accommodating, there was a Walmart and lots of restaurants and fast food places nearby and free breakfast helped us get a good start to the day. Go Bills!

Very nice layout. liked the entrance and room. However desperately needs to be updated, fresh paint, carpet and fixtures. Also needs charging ports. Glad I brought my charging blocks besides just cords.

Very bad experience. Once we enter the room it stinked of very dampy room and with front desk help and some air freshener the smell was bearable. Next morning the whole bathroom was leaking from roof. Many other rooms also has similar complaints. All the hotel plumbing is leaking

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years, in my rating last year I stated how run down this hotel was and was advised they were working to renovate it. Linoleum in our bathroom was ripped, crinkled rugs that are tripping hazards in the halls if you aren’t careful. This hotel has not been updated since I stayed when it first opened. This is our last stay!!
