The parking was easy, right outside the door, although it was during a quiet time for the hotel.

"Great little hotel above an English Pub. Was relatively quiet after the pub closed. Great central location, friendly staff, wonderful food. No air conditioning but they did provide a couple of fans and we kept the window open so that cooled the room well enough. The beds were a bit on the firm side but overall was a great room. "
"Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights.
Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond.
Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too.
We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers.

"Even though my visit was short the staff were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival, food was very nice even though it wasn't my first choice. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was nice and comfy. There was a couple of issues with the room, the remote for the tv didn't work, the bed moved about a lot and the ledge above the sink was in the way so was trying to avoid bumping my head to look in the mirror, but overall a very good stay, i would come back. Also Breakfast was very nice"
"Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. "
