Once I sent an email in regards to the issues we were experiencing they supplied us with a food voucher to compensate us. "Room was clean. AC very loud. Heard dogs barking in the hall but it wasnt late. Hot Tub not working. Front desk staff top notch. For $250 a night, you might think that a continental breakfast would be in order. Good coffee and a nutrigrain bar was all that was offered. Would stay again but not for $250."
