"The pool was freezing cold because the heater was not working. The sign that told it was not working looked very old. The walls by the hot tub, lounge chairs, etc were covered in black mold. The pancake machine was also broken. The sink in our room was cracked and there was mold in the shower. All the drawers and cabinets in the room were open when we arrived. The carpet in the hallways was ripped almost everywhere you looked. The hotel needs a lot of updates. We usually always choose a Holiday Inn Express, but this one was not good.
