"The front desk mentioned that the breakfast was from 6-11 am and insinuated that it was continental. It was not but we still decided to eat there. The breakfast was the worst food I've ever had. I ordered the pancake which was $13. The waitress never came back to check on us and I needed syrup. She was not great. Very disappointed especially for the price. The hotel room itself was nice and clean. The property was pretty good but the parking was inconvenient. "

"Great place to stay for concerts "

"An overnight stay with airport shuttle was my needs for this stay. The airport shuttle driver was great! My room had windows to 494 which had alot of construction going on...very noisy!!! Outback Steakhouse is just a walk across the parking lot so that was great for takeaway meal. Good place to stay for what I needed! I left before the breakfast options came out so would have been nice to have a few grab-n-go options for travelers leaving before 6:30am, 24 hour coffee options was a nice touch!"

"The valet parking was very helpful as was the bellman. Check in was easy and the room was spotless. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, very good variety. Also being shuttled to the concert was a plus. "

"Clean hotel and casino but I’ve never met so many rude employees in my life. First, my husband bought a coffee from Caribou and they made other peoples drink but completely forgot about him. They said that he didn’t buy anything when he had a receipt. Next, the waitress at the restaurant we went to was very short and rude to my whole family. We didn’t matter to her and that was apparent. We asked another waitress for the necessities like napkins and silverware and without asking if we needed anything else, she walked away very quickly and didn’t stop back. Lastly, at the front desk, when we were trying to check out, my husband was standing in line at the counter and a man behind the desk rudely shouted “leave your hotel key on the desk and have a nice day”. Not to mention, comic bingo was fun but the music was too loud and the man spoke too quiet and too fast. Mind you, this was my birthday weekend and we had a good time but I don’t think we will be going back. "

"Our stay had a mix of positives and frustrations. The hotel staff were great, especially Jerome, who kindly offered to move us to another room when ours felt uncomfortably warm at 79.3°F. That level of service was appreciated. However, the parking situation was a major downside. The property only offers limited on site parking through valet service at $49USD/night. Street parking is restricted to just 2 hours, which made things very inconvenient. Since we stayed for 4 days, valet would have cost an additional $200USD on top of our reservation, so we chose not to use it. Had we known this in advance, we would have considered a different hotel with a self parking option on site. Our first night was particularly stressful because of parking, and room temperature. We also stayed for 4 days w/o any housekeeping service, even though it was stated on the mirror that it would be provided after 2 days. Additionally, whenever housekeeping was cleaning nearby rooms, the noise was quite disruptive. There was a lot of loud banging from equipment and items being moved around. Breakfast was also repetitive, with the same options served throughout the weekdays. Another challenge we encountered was the lack of accessible, familiar comfort food options nearby or around the downtown area, which made dining less convenient during our stay. Overall, while the staff were friendly and helpful, there are several areas that could be improved. "
