"The cleaning staff was exceptional. Our room was tidy every day. The desk staff was available to answer questions. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked and smelled delectable. The location, while away from the train stations is located near the Grote Markt and the heart of the central city. "

"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport. It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport. Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine. A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket. Nice restaurant inside the hotel...

Amenities: don’t know since we don’t use them 2nd Stay: 1st time = 1 night & 2nd time = 2 nights After 2 stays, I still have a good feeling about them."

"Very modern hotel and convenient if you are flying early because the airport it’s like 10 minutes away. The complimentary shuttle is great, they have a schedule so prepare accordingly. The area is like commercial, a lot of private offices and sorts, so there’s no other places to eat near the hotel besides the hotel restaurant. We ended up using a food delivery service which worked great. Bed was comfy and they provided two types of pillows which you can choose whatever you prefer. "

Anna made my stay so much better with her kindness and positive attitude. She was always smiling, patient, and ready to help with any question I had. She truly represents the best of hospitality. "Das Hotel ist relativ neu, das Personal freundlich, höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Aufgrund eines Feiertages war das Restaurant geschlossen. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, ansprechend und gut. Das Parkhaus war top. Die Zimmer sind modern, gemütlich und ausreichend groß. Ein Wasserspender befindet sich bei den Aufzügen. Flugzeuglärm gab es trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen nicht wirklich. Die Flugzeuge waren kaum wahrnehmbar, somit auch nicht störend. Den Schlaf hat es jedenfalls nicht...

"Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre Lage im Zentrum von Mechelen. Der Raum ist groß. Im Hof kann man im Grünen sitzen und auch die Fahrräder abstellen."
