"The cleaning staff was exceptional. Our room was tidy every day. The desk staff was available to answer questions. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked and smelled delectable. The location, while away from the train stations is located near the Grote Markt and the heart of the central city. "

"Das Hotel ist relativ neu, das Personal freundlich, höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Aufgrund eines Feiertages war das Restaurant geschlossen. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, ansprechend und gut. Das Parkhaus war top. Die Zimmer sind modern, gemütlich und ausreichend groß. Ein Wasserspender befindet sich bei den Aufzügen. Flugzeuglärm gab es trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen nicht wirklich. Die Flugzeuge waren kaum wahrnehmbar, somit auch nicht störend. Den Schlaf hat es jedenfalls nicht...

"Very modern hotel and convenient if you are flying early because the airport it’s like 10 minutes away. The complimentary shuttle is great, they have a schedule so prepare accordingly. The area is like commercial, a lot of private offices and sorts, so there’s no other places to eat near the hotel besides the hotel restaurant. We ended up using a food delivery service which worked great. Bed was comfy and they provided two types of pillows which you can choose whatever you prefer. "

"Supertoffe & comfortabele oase van rust! Wij hebben genoten van 2 overnachtingen in een hele rustige omgeving, in een ruime, mooie kamer met extra salon. Het ontbijt was heerlijk gevarieerd en lekker vers. Hele vriendelijke ontvangst en hosts! Echte aanrader voor wie Vlaams-Brabant eens onder de loupe wil nemen!!!"

Anna made my stay so much better with her kindness and positive attitude. She was always smiling, patient, and ready to help with any question I had. She truly represents the best of hospitality. I hope the hotel knows what a gem they have in her! "

"El apartamento estuvo impecable, Ewa Waszek estuvo siempre estuvo bien pendiente para lo que se preguntaba contestando muy rapido. La limpieza del lugar impecable con olor a limpio, el apartamento elegante y la habitacion comoda. El tren esta como a 5min del tren, hay supermarket como a 3min y lugares de comida. En fin lo recomiendo al maximo."

"Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Lovely building and dining room and bar were tastefully presented. Bed rooms were large and appropriately kitted out. There was some marks/wear on some of the carpets on the stairs and in the room and the pillows were not the most comfortable. However, overall an enjoyable stay within a convenient distance from Brussels etc."
