"The room we rented upstairs was spacious, clean, and well kept. There was a restaurant within 10 feet of the house, and they served great food and was reasonably priced. This house was in a good location in the sense that it was close to (walking distance) the beach as well as old town, the market, the port, and promenade. However, it is in an older part of Split so the buildings around it are rundown and the area is quite dirty. The renters were helpful, kind, and easy to contact."

"The property is in a nice location, walking distance to everything. The woman working the front desk during my check in and check out was wonderful!! So helpful, she really made my stay. That said, the towels are pretty rough/old and I think the property could do a few small things to improve the stay - tissues and lotion in the room would be nice. The sea is SALTY and my skin was screaming for some lotion. The roof top is a nice place to go at night, beautiful view! There is a small market just...
