Oh my goodness I love this hotel!!! Jan, the manager, went out of his way to help us with EVERYTHING. The room was lovely. The bathroom had a great shower and L’Occitane products. The bathroom floor was heated. There was a vanity mirror so that my old eyes could see to do my makeup. I loved having a kettle in the room. There was also a stocked refrigerator. The air conditioner was perfect. The breakfast…oh the breakfast! You should just come here to eat breakfast. Oh my word! Divine! So many choices! We’ve NEVER stayed where there was this nice of an included breakfast. Jan made sure to accommodate my request for a downstairs room. My husband was recovering from knee surgery. The nightly liqueurs were delicious. Seriously, this is the place to stay in Split.

Everything is perfect about Heritage Antic: the location, which in the Diocletian palace, the service, where they treat you as dear as a family, the delicious breakfast, the fruit and beverage station available at all the time, and the high end products they use. If you planning a visit to Split, this hotel should be your first choice!

This property is awesome. Such great customer service from meeting us at bus to holding luggage. Great breakfast, spacious room, as good as possible to palace experience. The staff was awesome from helping with transfer from bus to helping with free drinks after dinner. I have never felt so pampered!

If I could, I would give this hotel an 11 out of 10. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Lastly, the owner (Jan) was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

Our entire experience was wonderful! Danijala was so attentive and kind! We loved it so much we asked to stay two additional nights and they made it work for us! Very spacious rooms and the bells are so beautiful to hear right outside your hotel window! We will only stay here when we come back!

A beautiful property with amazing staff. Since it is inside the Diocletian's Palace, it is so convenient to walk to all the sites. If you plan to go in summer make sure you plan your parking because the hotel has limited parking spots. They have incredible staff (Danielle) who are courteous and so helpful. They had banana bread and coffee and tea when we arrived. The breakfast was amazing. We would go back in a heart. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Terrific boutique hotel. Beautiful room - spectacular bathroom. Extremely attentive staff. Delicious and nice variety of breakfast foods. Snacks available all day included. Feet from the bell tower but totally removed behind stone walls from the tourist commotion. Perfect Split hotel.

Excellent location, inside the walls! Very beautiful, renovated interior. Very clean inside. Above all, the staff is beyond excellent - so helpful! Jan spent substantial time giving me very detailed information about the area and answering my questions. So, thanks very much to him. The breakfast was quite nice and the self-service area in the dining room, with rakija, coffee, etc., was highly appreciated by me during the stay. If I return to Split, I would certainly stay there again.

Daniela was superb with check in and all of her recommendations. Jan also went way beyond to help us. Both walked with us to tours and ferries. Jan called ahead to a sister hotel and they were waiting for us at the ferry. Breakfast was a bit limited but everything was very high quality. The homemade dishes and crepes were excellent. Quite simply they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended

This accommodation was amazing. The staff and service are exceptional. It was perfect and we would highly recommend . The staff are “second to none” - they were always available and provided so many great tips for dining (even calling the restaurants for us), they had suggestions for interesting side trips in the area, the breakfast was fantastic (an amazing chef - pastries, breakfast options, etc). They even provided umbrellas for the rain. Heart of the old city but very quiet. After writing this review I now want to go back! Thank you Heritage Hotel Antique Split .

This hotel situates next to the silver gate. Only one minute walk to the palace, the cathedral and bell tower. We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. The chef made a cheesecake for us in the morning and it’s the best cheesecake I have ever had. Staff named Daniela helped us with the check-in. She provided us with detailed guidance on the places to visit along with the history background of the sights. She is very knowledgeable and sweet. If I ever come back to Split I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights and must say it’s an outstanding experience. It’s in the heart of old town close to everything and staff is outstanding. Only one issue is that because it’s right I front of tower you will hear bell ring early morning every day. Not a big issue though.

A real gem! Met us at parking and carried our bags. They spent 20 minutes explaining highlites of old town, made dinner reservations. Always ready to help make any reservation and great dinner recommendations. The staff went above and beyond! The breakfast was great with hot egg or crepe options. Hotel rooms were very nice and bed was comfortable. Staff was available 7x24. It was great to be in the old city and it was Close to harbour to get to Islands. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel
Amazing hotel right in the heart of old town Split. Our room overlooked the cathedral and bell tower which is probably the best hotel room view in Split. Staff were amazing and friendly with nothing too much trouble. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Amazing stay
Amazing experience! The staff were SO kind and accommodating (especially Juliana who checked us in). We arrived very early before check in and they had the room waiting for us and we also had a late check out. Spotless hotel, updated and extremely comfortable, large rooms (for Europe) and the location was incredible. This was the best hotel and value for money on our whole monthlong trip to Europe. We will definitely be staying here the next time we come back to Split!
