  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Очень плохой номер в отеле

Искали вариант размещения для семьи из 4-х человек. На сайте hotels.com нашли номер Family Duplex в отеле Pension Villa Stella. По описанию подходил по всем параметрам: кухня в номере, 2 комнаты, 2 двуспальные кровати и т.п. При заселении были неприятно удивлены, т.к. в номере не оказалось кухни. Хозяин отеля посоветовал нам обратиться к администрации сайта и что «это не его проблема». Правда, потом выдал ключ от кухни отеля, которая расположена на пару этажей ниже. Приходилось каждый раз с продуктами спускаться вниз, готовить еду, потом все нести вверх в номер. Очень неудобно. Но самое главное, не смотря на то, что номер был двухкомнатным (даже двухуровневым), он оказался ОЧЕНЬ ТЕСНЫМ. Из-за тесноты находиться в одной комнате всей семье одновременно некомфортно. Для того чтобы чем-нибудь воспользоваться (открыть дверцу холодильника, выдвинуть ящик тумбочки, подойти к кровати и т.п.), нужно что-то куда-то передвинуть. В номере один шкаф для одежды. На семью из 4-х человек его не хватает. Вся мебель в номере старая, поломанная. Впечатление, что она изготовлена на уроке труда в школе. Освещение в номере очень тусклое. Из 4-х радиаторов отопления 2 периодически остывали. Поэтому не всегда удавалось нормально просушить вещи, которые намокли при катании на лыжах в течение дня. Вообщем, не рекомендую бронировать номер Family Duplex в отеле Pension Villa Stella. Про остальные номера ничего плохого или хорошего сказать не могу.

Nette kleine Pension,mit wohlfühlfaktor.

Wir waren auf ein Kurzurlaub zum Wandern und unser Sohn zum Ski-Urlaub. Das Zimmer war so wie im Internet beschrieben,wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und waren für sehr zufrieden. Internetzugang war kein Problem alles lief super.

Приятное место

Пансион в целом понравился, радушная хозяйка, приветливый персонал на завтраках. Завтрак - шведский стол, вкусный и разнообразный, за 7 дней не надоел, только скучали по хорошему кофе. Номер больной и светлый, есть мини-кухня с плитой и чайником, но больше пригодилась бы микроволновка, так как для приготовления пищи нет ни соли, ни масла. Чай и сахар покупали сами. За неделю пребывания 1 раз сменили полотенца, в номере не убирались ни разу, только мусор забирали. Расположение достаточно удачное, если вас не смущает 10 минутная прогулка до центра, магазинов и ресторанов. Рестораны есть и в соседних пансионах, но там не принимают карточки. Остановка ски-баса в 300 м, можно дойти даже в лыжных ботинках. Мы были на машине, у пансиона есть свои парковочные места, и проблем с парковкой не возникало. До ближайшего подъемника 5 минут езды. Теплая комната для сушки/хранения лыж и ботинок есть в соседней Альбе, там же и ресепшн, так как владелец один и тот же. В пансионе напротив есть прокат лыж.

WLAN ist, wenn man sich eingeloggt hat nur für einige Minuten verfügbar! leider Das einzigst Gute ist die Köchin! Wir werden nur zum Essen im Restaurant dort mal wieder hin gehen.

Toller ruhiger Skiunterkunft

Die Pension hat alles, was man braucht. Skiraum, Parkplätze, reichhaltiges Frühstück (zwar nichts Großartiges an Qualität, aber OK). Das Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet, dadurch, dass wir zu dritt im Economy 3-er Studio waren, im Zimmer gab's keine Sitzmöglichkeit außer auf den Betten. Ansonsten war das eine Bett ein Schlafcouch. An der Rezeption (befindet sich im benachbarten Pension Alba) wird Deutsch gesprochen. Man hat trotz Anruf am Vortag und Vermerk bei der Buchung vergessen, dass wir erst ca. um 22:00 Uhr ankommen. Der Wirt war etwas unglücklich als wir ihn aus dem Bett geholt haben, hat uns aber das vorbereitete Zimmer doch gegeben.

Brak recepcji na miejscu, trzeba sie udać do pensjonatu obok niestety tam nikt nic nie wie, brak kontaktu z właścicielem. - Otrzymaliśmy inf że nie ma dla nas miejsc pomimo rezerwacji, odesłano nas do innego hotelu - cena x2 o czym nas nie poinformowano. Zdenerwowani i zmęczeni sytuacją wróciliśmy do tzw. recepcji gdzie próbowano znaleźć dla nas hotel w cenie rezerwacji, niestety bez większego powodzenia. po około godzinie zjawił się właściciel i bez żadnego wyjaśnienia czy przeprosin wręczył nam klucze do pokoju. Odbiór kluczy trwał ok 4h Zdecydowanie nie polecam ze względu na obsługę. Sam pokój ok.
