  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Easy check in, our room was large, spotless and modern. The garden grounds are really well looked after. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food was lovely. The pool and spa were again spotless. Everything has been done to a high standard. The hotel, food/drinks and the facilities are a bit pricey for Czech but they are worth it. Would definitely visit again.

Leider ist es mir wie bereits einem anderen Nutzer ergangen und wir sind in einem unglaublich hellhörigen 2-Sterne-Nebengebäude gelandet. Aufgrund der einen Bewertung, habe ich bei der Buchung extra drauf geachtet. Es war überhaupt nicht ersichtlich. Ich habe eine 4-Sterne-Hotel gebucht und bin bei 2 Sternen gelandet. Die Begrüßung war freundlich. Beim Frühstück habe ich nachgefragt, ob der Käse aus pasteurisierter Milch ist, da ich schwanger bin. Als Antwort bekam ich nur ein Schulterzucken. Die Dame wusste es nicht und hat keine Anstalten gemacht es in Erfahrung zu bringen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war an sich gut, aber ich konnte lediglich Joghurt, Obst und Müsli essen, da alles gekochte nicht durch war und ich zum Käse keine Infos bekommen habe. Der Höhepunkt war, dass Personal trotz des "Bitte-Nicht-Stören" Schildes in das Zimmer kam, um ein Fenster zu germessen. Eine absolute Frechheit...

Bei der Buchung sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass wir vier Sterne buchen. Nur im Kleingedruckten wurde sichtbar, dass es sich bei unserer Unterkunft um ein zwei Sterne Appartment handelt. Dieses befindet sich in einem Nebengebäude. Durchaus großzügig und sauber aber schrecklich laut. Jedes Türöffnen, jedes Toilettenspülen, Duschen, und jeder Tritt der Anderen Bewohner war zu hören. Wir konnten kaum schlafen. Zumal unser Zimmernachbar feierwütig war. Ende vom Lied wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist und haben uns für eine Nacht nochmal ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Hätten wir gleich gewusst, dass es sich um ein zwei Sterne Nebengebäude handelt hätten wir es nicht gebucht. Das Personal war bemüht und verständnisvoll. Konnten uns aber nicht in einem anderen Zimmer unterbringen. Sie haben und die Nutzungsgebühren des SPA-Bereichs erlassen als Entgegenkommen. Das war nett. Der Rest vom Hotel war ok, mit Sicherheit auch ruhiger. Sie haben einen schönen SPA-Bereich. Frühstück war mittelprächtig. Billiger Kaffee und billiges Brot, das Übliche.

Super Rundumpaket

Ich würde es auf jeden Fall meiner Familie und den Freunden weiterempfehlen. Die Betten waren so gemütlich und der Wellness und Spa Bereich waren sehr schön. Das Frühstück hat jeden Tag mit einem anderen Leckerbissen gelockt und war sehr reichhaltig gedeckt.

Hallo, das Fruehstueck war super ! Sehr grosse Auswahl! Aber das gebuchte Standard Zimmer im Nebengebaeude hat uns nicht gefallen! ( alte Moebel, wenig Platz, und die die Reinigung des Zimmers entsprach keine 4 Sterne! An 5 Tagen wurde kein Fussboden gereinigt!!!! An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt das wir ein anderes Zimmer haetten buchen sollen!! Wir waren entaescht!

Very nice, clean property with a good restaurant. Quiet and peaceful location. I booked a room in the "annex" - which is about 150 meters from the hotel and is actually a room in a chalet. So, I wasn't actually staying at the hotel and did not use the spa, although I was offered a nice 40% discount.

Gern weiter zu empfehlen

Das Hotel ist eines der schönsten Häuser in Spindler Mühle mit sehr guter Küche.Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Leider hört man in den Deluxe Zimmern ab und zu den Whirlpool , der im Spa darunter betrieben wird.

Wieder um eine Erfahrung Reicher

Der Weg zum Hotel verbirgt sehr sehr schlechte Straßenverhältnisse. Auch das Hotel ist von außen trotz Schilder nicht sofort zu erkennen das man dort richtig ist. Das Personal scheint besonders beim Frühstück überfordert zu sein. Man fühlt sich öfters mal alleine gelassen. Bei der Saune wird nicht mal Wasser angeboten wie es sonst so üblich ist und da rede ich wirklich aus Erfahrung. Das man das Essen mit einer Ente so verpatzen kann, war mir bisher unklar. Trocken bis zum geht nicht mehr.

Sehr schönes Hotel, ruhig gelegen, trotzdem nahe des Ortszentrums. Gute Küche. Schicker Wellnessbereich, aber mit ein paar Minuspunkten: Die Bademäntel sind sehr klein geraten, also besser eine Nummer größer wählen - wenn es die gibt. Der Service reduziert sich auf das Notwendige, Bsp.: Um Nachschub beim Aufguss in der Sauna musste ich mich selbst kümmern. Das Wichtigste: Benutzung mit Kindern ist nur bis 19:00 erlaubt (da waren wir gerade vom Wandern zurück und hatten zu Abend gegessen). Darauf angesprochen berufen sich die Mitarbeiter auf die "Regel", die Hotelleitung (vermutlich Inhaber) hatte dafür kein richtiges Ohr und auch kein nachvollziehbares Argument. Man solle sich den Tag doch bitte so einteilen, dass man mit Kindern vor 19:00 Uhr den Wellnessbereich nutzt. Ärgerlich.
