"I loved the fact that this property is right on the lake! The lake is easily accessible for boaters and fishers. Take in the view from the pool or deck chair. Our room was clean and the staff quite helpful. Breakfast was made-to-order from a good menu selection and was filling. Same for the dinner menu, and the bar is open for a reasonable amount of time. "Our Courtyard Hot Springs stay was nothing short of impeccable. The property was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The offerings at the bar also met our needs. When visiting Hot Springs in the future, we will definitely stay at this property again. "

"The rooms were clean and all of the staff were very friendly (especially Raven at the front desk). The room layout seemed odd with a refrigerator that blocked the light switch and a kitchenette with no table or chairs to eat at. The air conditioner and refrigerator were noisy and the TV channel selection was minimal."

"Great value for a quick stop at a motel-type setup for this roadtripper. Free hot breakfast, staff quick to help and very talkative in a fun way. Basic room but bonus big fridge and super soft king bed. I also regret that all the updated and expensive hotels only have slippery shower stalls, so it was great to have a bath tub after a long drive. Felt safe and although I suspect if there were partiers you might hear them through the walls, my stay was quiet (and short)."

Queen-Size Beds for two need to be in suites, plus improvement on bed comforters and better pillows (too weak pillows do not provide excellent sleep time) are suggested. "

"Overall the property was very clean and well maintained. Great location near shops and just a couple miles away from Downtown Hot Springs. As we have a service animal, they put us in a room that I guess is designated for pets. Unfortunately, it did not smell very good. Overall we had a positive stay."
