"I think it is a hotel with a nice atmosphere and good hospitality. Upon arrival, they offered us welcome drinks. I was grateful and it was delicious since I was thirsty. "This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "

"Beautiful view from the rooms and very quiet. Easy to get to the hotel by catching the 21 or 24 bus from Thun station. Restaurant is okay, I think there’s better dining options located in Thun. "

"We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! "I usually try to stay close to whatever transport hub I’m using. But the were no rooms available in Interlaken, so I had to look further afield and happened upon a gem I would never have expected to find. Set on the mountain side with a view of Lake Thun and the Jungfrau mountains right there in front of your own private balcony. An amazing view. The room was compact but very clean.
