"This is a lovely quaint, quiet country inn/accomodation, which is on its way to be something special. The welcome, cust service and food were top notch. The owners have just recently taken over and you can see how wonderful this place is going to be, with everything being made future proof. They are updating it whilst still providing a wonderful experience. It’s also dog friendly in the bedrooms too (with beds and snacks for your K9 friend). I will definitely be going back. "We were walking The Dales Way and arrived on a very wet Sunday afternoon. The staff at the pub were extremely welcoming and reserved us a table for dinner. The shepherds hut was lovely and cosy (underfloor heating), exactly what we needed after a long wet walk! The breakfast hamper was very welcome too."
