we came into Spartanburg for an event at the spantanburg auditorium. This was a good location. about a 10 min drive. close to alot of places to eat etc.. the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable and our king size room had plenty of room to move around. Would definitely stay here again. I great stay for a great price!

The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was firm and the pillows were a little too firm. The breakfast was good with real eggs, very thin bacon, pancakes, juice and a weird little coffee machine that made pretty good coffee!

Convenient location right off the interstate with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Rooms were very clean with a basic continental breakfast. My only issue was a strong smell of cleaning detergent (Pinesol) throughout. Pool was closed for the season.

The room was super clean and beautifullyappointed. The staff was really helpful. The breakfast was the best i've had in a hotel and the pool was clean and even had a handicap assist chair. The owner said he had just redone the building, and it looks it. I would rank it above the Hilton Garden that we stayed in in Ashville.

Nice clean hotel with a super helpful and friendly desk staff. The room had plenty of space and lots of helpful options for sitting, organizing, and a nice adjustable desk. Everything was great. The coffee maker is fun, you can select cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc and it brews it 24 hours a day! The pool is outside, so we didn't use it. Breakfast had premade eggs & bacon which was nice! Yogurt was fresh. Overall would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep! The breakfast was delicious and had several different options to choose from. Everything we tried was very good, and it was such a nice way to start the day. The staff was also wonderful—everyone we encountered was polite, kind, and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff/owners. We got in late and lobby was just cleaned and had strong Lysol smell. It was gone in the morning but that was the first thing that hits you when you walk in. Just use something lighter please.

We had 2 rooms, one room was clean, the tile floor was grimly and very slippery, the bathroom door needed to be cut off alittle more, it would shut, it would get stuck on the tile floor about halfway, the room was very damp , the good, the couch was comfy, the beds were very comfortable. The other room was dirty, potato chip crumbs all over the couch, floor etc, someone forgot to clean the toilet, probably will look another hotel next time were in the area

The bed was very comfortable! Slept like a rock. The room was very cleanThe bathroom sink was located outside the bathroom, which I always hate. The breakfast had a little pancake maker and a yogurt machine. There were eggs and bacon. The eggs were cold though. Lots of juice options, toast and bagels. Would recommend

5/5 Stars - A Fantastic Stay from Start to Finish! I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. It really set a positive tone for the entire trip. The room itself was spotless and exceptionally comfortable. It is always a huge relief to check into a hotel and immediately see how much they prioritize cleanliness. On top of that, the amenities were absolutely awesome. Everything was well-maintained, modern, and exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy our downtime. One of the biggest highlights of the stay was the morning breakfast. It was both nice and genuinely delicious, offering a great variety of fresh, high-quality options to kick off the day perfectly. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Spartanburg, this is definitely the spot. I will absolutely be booking here again!
