"Where should I even begin…
The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online—it’s very outdated. Right when you walk into the lobby, you can see cracks in the ceiling. The elevators feel unsafe, with shaky movement and broken buttons.
That was just the start of our three-night stay.
When we got to our room on the 11th floor, the noise was constant. The beds appeared to be made with clean sheets at first glance; however, upon closer inspection, we found a toenail in the bed, which was extremely concerning and unhygienic. We then opened the bathroom door where we were greeted by an unexpected “guest”—a roach (see picture). To make matters worse, when I grabbed the toilet paper, there was what appeared to be feces already on it.
I immediately went to the front desk, showed them photos, and spoke with the manager. After contacting the regional manager, they offered $25 off per night and moved us to a different room.
Room #2 was no better—actually worse. It was even louder, the toilet was wobbly, the shower had rust stains, lamps didn’t work, and the nightstand outlets were unusable.
Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. The photos online are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. At checkout, I was only refunded $50. The front desk manager claimed the $25 discount was only for two nights, not all three. At that point, I didn’t feel like arguing further. Unfortunately, since I booked through a third party, I couldn’t get a full refund."
