"We are a family of 4 who spent 3 nights at this facility. We were outdoors most of the day and only used it to sleep in the night. We also didn’t cook although the facility has a kitchen. The pros - perfect location and decent size for a family. A number of restaurants are in walkable distance. The cons - the wifi/ internet never worked. The parking was a bit weird and tight. "Nice house, little bare bones but did the job and took care of our family. The rooms are as pictured and the beds were comfortable. The layout is nice and simple with a good open kitchen / living room with a nice TV to watch shows or play board games in. The owners were understanding and communicated through the app within hours, we never saw them personally but the key was right where they said and easy to get to and use. Good people. The house delivers what it promises, and is a good deal...

"The apartment is in a great location with easy key box access, Wi-Fi, warm water, and a spacious layout. The kitchen is nice but lacks basic dishes and pans. The two double bed mattresses were adequate but not comfortable. The sleeper sofa was unusable, no sheets or blankets, and the pad was badly soiled. The whole place needs a deep clean. "My wife and I spent 3 nights at The Chocolate Box. We had the entire cottage, which included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen , living room and a washing machine. It was an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay. It was so quiet as well. The location is perfect for day trips to Cork and Cobh, as well as the Ring of Kerry. Lidl was only a 10 minute drive away "
