"Water was off when I checked in, okay. I got to my room to find paper trash on the carpet that hadn’t been vacuumed and gross stuff on the bathroom floor that wasn’t cleaned up. I tried breakfast of cold eggs. The room smelled horribly musty. I was there for a conference. The meetings were great - the hotel - not good."

"Clean property, very clean room."

"Excelente estancia muy cerca de la zona hospitalaria. No hay limpieza en las habitaciones todos los días. El desayuno es variado, es una buena opción"

"Great for concert!"

"Clean rooms, helpful staff, and great breakfast."

"Great place. Staff is excellent"

"This hotel was booked for a concert given at the Reliant park. My friend, and I (females) walked by ourselves to the Reliant park, and it was very nice, and we felt safe. It was probably a 10 to 15 minute walk."

"Excelente atención limpieza y habitaciones cómodas"

"Clean rooms, nice staff. Will definitely again."

"If you’re looking for a place to stay for a quick trip, this hotel was perfect. The room was big and clean, the front desk staff and restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient and directly across the street from the mall, restaurants and also a Walgreens. I would stay here again."
