"We had a great room with a full kitchen. Never saw or spoke to a person. Contactless check in which was convenient. Parking right outside our room which was very convenient. Grocery store very close by, which was also super convenient. Only problem, and it is a big one, is that we got charged on our VISA twice. Hope it will not be a lot of work to get this resolved. Not really something I want to deal with on a holiday."

"The view of the harbour from our room was great and the location to restaurants etc was very good. On street parking was hard to find. Room was very dated which I sort of expected. Linens need to be replaced and washed more effectively and area carpet was stained and tired. Breakfast at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Room came equipped with milk and creamers in the fridge as well as real glasses and mugs instead of paper and plastic. Nice touch."

"WARNING!! This hotel does not accept name changes. So if your booking website frigs up, you’re screwed and out lots ofbucks plus cancellation fee that you didn’t even cancel. We showed up to the hotel and there was a mix up. My name on my booking was wrong. I asked if they could change it and was told I had to contact Expedia. Getting through to them was a joke. So I’ve got a whole other complaint about them. Anyways, Expedia said they could change my name. They called the hotel, but the hotel denied the changes. I waited in the lobby for 3 HOURS for things to be figured out and no one helped. They just shoved us off. I asked for a refund since they wouldn’t let us get our room we paid in full for (due to the booking mess up). They denied it. When I tried to go to cancel our room and book elsewhere, the security guard got called on me apparently and was close behind me on his phone with someone. When I moved, he moved. So yeah. Never booking at this hotel ever again. This was my first AND LAST. I will be contacting the BBB and reporting fraud on my card as what I paid for was denied and not recieved. Also make sure everyone who is in your room has an ID on them. Apparently that’s required now. The staff we spoke to sort of made fun of my friend for not having an ID or health card (she has issues and is going through some stuff right now. This was her way out to just chill and figure things out). The hotel was fancy looking and probably had amazing rooms, but how would we know"
