"Staying for a work conference. Unfortunately, it is also during spring break so the hotel closes pools early. There is also not a refrigerator in the room to store medications, leftover restaurant food or personal drinks. "

"Very conveniently located by restaurants, shopping and Bayside tours. Quick and easy check-in. Room is run off the iPad which was cute and easy however we could never change the temperature in our room for some reason. The room is a little small however, it’s cute and clean. The rooftop pool was nice. You do have to schedule your daily room maintenance on the iPad too otherwise your room will never be cleaned. "

"The elevator is not working, the rooms are very small and the shower was very small that I can’t turn, no shelf to put the bathroom stuff, have to put them on ground and bend, the bigger room on 4th floor with no elevator, some of the stuff not friendly, the USp outlet is not working and the maintenance guy doesn’t not want to confirm that, it was a terrible stay an experience "

"I loved my view from my room and the pool area was very cute and clean, HOWEVER, having to carry all my luggage 4 flights of stairs without any help (i was told no help/ staff was available to help bring it up) was pretty disappointing and frustrating. After reading reviews from past travelers it seems the ELEVATOR HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR A WHILE AND NOT A FEW DAYS. The AC worked good in our room. Second issue, was the construction happening next door, you could feel the whole room vibrating and the noise was just awful and to work from my hotel room was pretty bad. The property didn’t feel pet friendly since there isnt really an area for pets to do their needs other than the front grass but the staff was very friendly to my service dog. The person that checked us in was super sweet and friendly. I liked I could drive to great food spots only a few minutes away. I would stay here again but this issue with the elevator is unacceptable and hope this gets fixed because it wasnt a cheap stay either. "
