"We had a great time! Place was absolutely beautiful! When we got there they had everything ready! They printed us out a very helpful map for things that are around. It was very helpful! Everything in our room worked great. Thank you for the beautiful experience!"

"Kevin the host was amazing. He greeted us and gave us the history of the building and surroundings. It was an easy walk to EVERYTHING! Best time ever. "

"Everything was great, the upstairs areas and bedrooms were 79 degrees during the day to evenings before bed then would get cooler as the night/mornings came around. But other than that a great neat place to stay!!!!! Very easy to get to from airport and SeaWorld and downtown river walk."

"Was charged for parking and did not have a car, the original person at the desk was not friendly but after that first day, we were treated extremely well. We were able to work out all the issues."

"The place was beautiful and right there at the walk."

"When we walked in on Friday, we noticed that the swimming pool was closed. So I asked them, what is going on? They said it was closed due to painting. I told them, I was very upset that they didn't notify us on their website. This is the reason we chose this hotel because they had an indoor swimming pool. They apologized and said they will open it for Saturday for us. Saturday came and the swimming pool was still closed. We went to the gym and the Smith machine is broken but no sign was posted,...

"Parking for big vehicles was a hassle"

"The rooms are old and need upgrading. The shower is in the bath, low pressure and variable temperature. The window and balcony door is not soundproof. This is a budget hotel which is overpriced because it claims to have a river view. It’s only a partial river view because you have to walk on to the balcony and turn your head (downwards) to see the river. There’s no great benefit to the hotel being on the river walk."

"The hotel and its staff are amazing! This was my third stay and it definitely doesn’t disappoint! The location, view, and food are on point. I highly recommend!"

"The location was great! However, the parking and cleanliness were simply not it. The parking fee seemed excessive given that parking on site was truly chaotic, they advised guest to park across the street which was also full. Then overall cleanliness of the property was poor and did not feel comfortable using the amenities."

"The hotel room had bugs. I felt that the entire stay should have been complimentary. The breakfast was good, but the omelets got cold very quickly. Everything else was good. The staff tried to be very helpful."

"The room was great. Cleanliness was amazing except for the bath tub. Bath tub needed some work, also the shampoo kept falling off the wall. The adhesive on the shampoo, conditioner and body washed needs to be changed or replaced because it kept falling down. Other than that every else was great. Staff was very attentive and nice. I enjoyed it"
