"My room did not get cleaned the entire 3 nights. Garbage cans were full, piles of dirty towels did not get taken, sheets not changed, beds unmade. We had to seek out fresh towels."

"We loved the whole experience of this hotel. Timothy was phenomenal! He had such a welcoming attitude. He checked us right in and told us of the amenities and he was just awesome. We liked him a lot. And Lameka - sorry if I'm getting her name wrong. She was a great help too. Even the cleaning ladies were wonderful. If we come your way again, we will definitely stay at this hotel. Thanks for everything."

"Had great time at this Property"

"clean and well kept, restaurant food was good."

"Nice room for the price. Clean and comfortable."

"So much humidity in the hotel, we were asked to keep the room between 66 and 73F degrees, we had the room at 73F and the wood floors became slippery. Not good! The bed was good and room was clean. Breakfast the eggs were cold, I told the worker, who didn't do anything about it, at least for the 10 minutes while I was there. The hotel also has sent me so many messages via text and email, it was like a crazy ex. I don't think I will stay here again."

"air conditioner - not a wall unit but below window unit was loud the lobby looked fresh and clean and modern our room seemed dated and somewhat worn out - it was clean however"

"Staff very Nice I was placed in a room where the AC wasn’t working and the staff handled the situation quickly."
