"Mine and my wife’s stay was amazing we were well looked after well catered for and the rooms and dining rooms and outdoor dining facilities are amazing we will definitely be coming back again and the staff are absolutely fantastic any problems they are there for you 24/7 great people."
"Nice and clean, everything you needed including a fan (it was very hot) shampoo and conditioner were really good. Most hotel shampoo’s make my hair dry. The ones provided didn’t do that. "

"I feel I have stumbled across a hidden gem! What makes The Farm stand out for me is the customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, they even rang on my day of arrival to ensure I had all the relevant details needed to enjoy my stay as I was arriving late. It has a real family feel, and breakfast (made by the owners mum) was delicious. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for having us."
"We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.

"Was a little apprehensive after reafing some reviews. Arrived and was greeted by a lovely guy, very pleasant friendly and helpful. Room was clean and warm, bedding and towels were spotless. Not the Hylton but what can you expect for such a cheap stay.? Would definitely stay again."

Smart frontage and free parking in a quiet residentially focussed part of the town but just minutes walk from the high street and St Anne’s Pier.
