"Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase. "

"This property is right in the middle between bay side & ocean side; so you can choose rolling waves, or calm waters! Within walking distance to several food options! Close to Sea World, so it was very convenient! The unit was cute, had a beautiful patio, and was supplied pretty well in the kitchen (a pair of scissors would be helpful to remove tags from all those souvenirs!). Beach chairs, a couple boogie boards were there already, & we left some sand toys! Parking! Parking is an issue,...

"The house was very nice, loved the backyard. The interior was beautiful BUT having no air conditioning causes a musty smell throughout the house. And you must keep fans on at all times and door open to outside for air flow. With the door being open causes more noise from the road to ring in. The house is right beside the road so much noise. The washing and dryer did not work as well. "

"This is a very nice place in a very convenient location. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the interior is clean and modern. Good Internet, good TV, nice kitchen with everything we needed to cook, comfortable beds. I would absolutely have given it 5 stars if there had been a laundry room. I anticipated there being one when I saw "laundry detergent" on the list of amenities. Oh, and no stopper for the tub. My wife really wanted to take a bath. But we had a fantastic stay."
