"Staff at check in (9/9/25) were amazing, the girl at the desk was lovely and spoke amazing English. Also, we had a great waiter in the restaurant, younger guy who also spoke amazing English, same evening we checked in - he was wonderful and helpful. The hotel is not fancy, very basic, but it was very clean and very quiet which we greatly appreciated. "

Location is 10/10... legit right on the beach Arpoador.
Security - very safe. They are super strict after 11pm... have to show your face to a camera to unlock the door and any visitors not on the reservation have to check in at front desk and show ID/passport.
Room - very nice and modern. Clean, nice showers.
