The hotel is the perfect location, with a ton of things to do around the area. Food and amenities were great. The only issue was the check in process, they had told us they gave our room to someone else so we had to wait 30 minutes which was frustrating after our long day of travels, but they were very kind and accommodating.

Very disappointing. The photos on the web have nothing to do with reality. The room was worn down, cleaning was randomly done, laundry was not taken, ... the list goes on. The only positive thing was that the food in the restaurant, which was quite tasty and well done.
