The hotel is very nice. Clean and quiet and friendly. I had a fault with the room air conditioner. The manager had it fixed within 20 mins. The hotel was out of the centre of Campinas so you need a reason to be here. But Ubers are easy and cheap so I guess that’s not such a big deal. The hotel is right next to a massive shopping centre but that’s still a 30min walk. I took an uber even to that. The breakfast and other food is pretty good. I would recommend and i will definitely be staying there on my next visit.

Very disappointed with this hotel. I booked a stay for 4 nights through Expedia and had to leave after the first night because of my brother passing away and the funeral being at a different city in Brazil the next day. I was informed by Wesley at the front desk that if Expedia agreed with it, they would refund the 3 remaining nights. He instructed me to contact Expedia first which I did. However, they did not honor that promise. Expedia made every effort to seek the refund without success. I was also promised a refund on the R$84.00 additional charge for my niece to stay with me the first night. She was not able to make it. They promised a refund, recorded my bank information to make the the deposit but that never happened either. All they did was to discount the parking fee (R$22.00) from that amount. To me, this is very poor business practice, especially considering the reason of my leaving early. Had they said to me while I was there that they would not honor a refund because it was a non-refundable reservation I would have accepted it, instead of being played with a unfulfilled promise. It is very sad that a hotel would provide such poor customer service.

Hotel excelente! Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, chuveiro uma delícia e funcionários atenciosos. O café da manhã não tem uma diversidade tão grande de itens, mas tudo é muito saboroso e é o suficiente para um bom café. Só tenho duas ressalvas: o estacionamento poderia não ser cobrado a parte, visto que não é terceirizado, além disso, as toalhas de banho poderiam ser um pouco mais macias, pois são bem ásperas, mas nada que atrapalhe a hospedagem. Enfim, vale muito a pena se hospedar no hotel.

Fomos recebidos super bem! Ao chegarmos, já nos foi passado como funciona o check-in e estadia. Como havia um bom tempo até que pudéssemos realizar o check-in, nos informaram que teríamos todo o hall do Hotel para usar sem problemas, incluindo wi-fi, além disso nos disponibilizaram um maleiro, sem custo extra. O quarto estava impecável, muito limpo e organizado. Durante a estadia quem cuidou da limpeza foi a Ana Cláudia, que estava no sétimo andar. Ela fez um trabalho excelente, deixando o quarto extremamente limpo e organizado, deixo aqui um elogio a ela e também toda a equipe da recepção, que foi sempre muito educada e prestativa. O café da manhã é muito bom, com uma variedade bem grande, é sempre reposto com bastante agilidade mantendo o alimento fresco. As mesas e o salão também sempre limpos.

Excelente Hotel bourbon Campinas da rede Bourbon Hospitalidade, já estive hospedado em outros Bourbons na cidade de Curitiba, Joinville, São Paulo e Santos, todos proporcionam uma ótima experiência de elegância e hospitalidade. O Bourbon Campinas é um hotel maravilhoso, novo, climatizado, organizado, muito Limpo e sinalizado. O hotel tem 7 andares com quartos amplos, modernos e novos, que oferecem uma excelente estádia. Banheiro com certeza um dos melhores que usei espaçoso, limpo, sofisticado e elegante com todos os ítens para um delicioso banho. O café da manhã é bem diversificado com produtos de qualidade, ambiente do restaurante Samba é aconchegante, é extremamente limpo e organizado. Os atendentes são super atenciosos, educados e solícitos. Os preços são competitivos. Acessibilidade para todas as pessoas. Hotel oferece estacionamento descoberto nas duas laterais do hotel. Wi-Fi do hotel tem um bom sinal( fiquei no quarto andar). Em anexo existe um complexo de eventos, reuniões e academia, para melhor atender as necessidades dos hóspedes. Hotel está localizado a 5 minutos de caminhada do Shopping Dom Pedro, Campinas, na Rua Estácio de Sá, 2136, Jardim Santa Genebra, Campinas. Com certeza recomendo.
