"I have stayed in both motels and hotels throughout my life, but this is by far the very worst motel I’ve ever been in. Had to clean my own room.… Bring my towel towels outside the door, empty, my trash, I mean, seriously??!! was even told they may not have enough towels and linen because they had a lot of customers and they were short on housekeeping help! Very unprofessional to say the least! Checking in was quite the nightmare, we were handed keys to a room that was already occupied! Do you not know what room you have your customers booked into? Couldn’t adjust the air conditioner, come to find out it was done by remote control. One of the managers, the only one who was of any help, came and had to change out the remote (after he finally found it in the room) not once not twice but three times before he could even get it to work! Amenities in the room were close to zero. Would definitely not recommend this motel to anyone!"

"My stay was wonderful. I loved how close everything was. The pool at night was so beautiful as well as the scenery. My room was very clean and homey. However the staff is slightly racist and not the best organized. As a women of color me and my significant other did not feel welcomed and we received a different kind of respect than the others. Hotel and inclusions 10/10! Staff and employees not so much unfortunately."

"From the time we walked into the reception area, our experience was disappointing. The customer service agent was rude and unhelpful, which set a negative tone for our stay. When we reached our room, we encountered several safety and cleanliness concerns: there was water pooling on the floor, and there appeared to be mold on the door. The overall condition of the hotel felt very old and rundown, and the level of upkeep did not justify the price we paid. I expect better from a hotel stay, particularly regarding basic cleanliness, maintenance, and courteous service. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes immediate improvements to ensure future guests don’t encounter the same ."
