"Clean room, lots of parking lots "

"Zero stars if I could. Avoid this place! Hygiene: Found hair on the bed and bedside table at check-in. Gross. Service: No housekeeping. Front desk is always empty; you have to wait forever for help. Facilities: They couldn't even provide a basic bath mat on request. Unprofessional and dirty. Don't waste your money."

"When I checked out, there was a hockey tournament and the kids were using the only elevator. The door to my car was out of use due to icicles. The elevator took 15 mins to wait for with all my luggage. I then after going to my car had to wait again for the elevator to get another key as they had locked me out of my room. After getting another key it didn’t work. I then had to wait again for the only elevator to tell Then the key didn’t work. The whole checkout process was a gong show and I was late checking in for my flight. I was planning on booking them again for next month when I am there but only if they acknowledge this and offer compensation "

"This is a complete gem of a B&B, 5 star all the way. Ken and Gwen are amazing hosts who go out of their way to ensure you have the best stay possible in their home. The rooms are beautifully furnished the beds excellent and the individual bathrooms sparkling. The Rose Arden has so much history and character in its period construction. A beautiful enclosed veranda upstairs with complimentary tea or coffee where you can sit and appreciate the panoramic view of Hamilton. Then theres breakfast! - probably the best I have ever had, fresh ingredients, quality fruit, cheeses and meats such a pleasure every morning. I stayed for 5 nights in this superb B&B and if you are staying in the area this is the place I highly recommend"

"Was surprised at check in that there was no staff. You enter the hotel elevator bay via passcode and then must type it again in the elevator to get up to your room. I find this inconvenient compared to a regular keycard. I booked a suite which was spacious, bright and clean. TV with included entertainment options lol Netflix was great. I don’t use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped (glassware, mugs, utensils, pans, dish soap, etc.) The bathroom sink was slow to drain and the toilet seemed to have issues - water tank didn’t fill with water properly. I booked very last minute so the price was high. The poor functionality of the bathroom took away from the entire experience. Suggest only booking at regular rates!"
