"Lovely friendly staff from the minute we arrived until we left. Living under the Heathrow flight path, the silence was wonderful. The only sound we could hear was seagulls and the occasional wood pidgin. Wonderful four day break."

"If you are looking for a vfm option in West Bay this hotel is the place. We had room 7 on the first floor, spacious, whirlpool bath and even a teapot. In our opinion 2 negatives for this room, the mattress was way too soft and the seagulls from 0400hrs, can't really do anything about the 2nd being near the sea!!! The breakfast is quality, great choice and only £10 per day. The hotel is not statebor modern if that is what you are looking for, however the atmosphere and staff make up for it."

"This hotel is situated in the idyllic village of West Bexington up from Chesil Beach and a great restaurant (The Club House). It was great value for money. The breakfast was particularly good and the location fantastic."

"Beautiful location with luxurious accommodations that have everything needed and the breakfast was great. Very elegant and close to the main nearby beaches. There's a fantastic Italian restaurant close by that is worth visiting. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!"

"Julie my wife and I stayed at kates farm for three nights for a break and a rest, we had a great break and we are totally rested. Fantastic break, Julie and Kate walking dogs every morning and evening, I kept the real fire going and that was perfect for us to sit down next to in the evening. Others said the breakfast was great and they are correct, Kates breakfast was fantastic .Kate was very attentive at all times and we felt perfectly at home."
