"The room was full of roaches. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and left after one night because we were scared of bringing them home. Breakfast was decent. We were told that $100 were going to come back to our credit card after our stay and it came up they charged us $282.50. After we could finally contact them, the front desk girl didn’t know why they charged us that amount. They called me back in the afternoon stating that the $282.50 they charged me was because the TV had cat scratches and blamed us for damaging the property. We don’t have a cat, we don’t have babies, and we didn’t even turn on the TV as we only stayed one night and spent the whole time visiting the city. We just went to the hotel to sleep. Apparently they wanted to charge me for the terrible condition the room was already in. I had to call my bank to have my money back. TERRIBLE experience. BE CAREFUL SO THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN TO YOU"

"The staff were amazing, every one was willing to help or answer an our questions. The manager even joined us on a dance, Stephanie made our anniversary vacation very special. Outstanding we will definitely be back . Thank u Terry & Judy Brennan"

"Bartender at the pool , Lisa, was fantastic. The rooms are clean. Location is great for walking to stuff. The offer a beach van to drop you at the beach which was great. "

"Pros: Location, pool is nice (didn’t use it though), friendly lady at check-in (Celine), quiet (aside from people in the room next door), free upgrade to a room w/a balcony. Cons: Upgrade I was given was an adjoining room (wasn’t made aware it was adjoining), people next to my room were loud at night and I could hear their conversations. I don’t mind an adjoining room, but that’s if I’m traveling in a group. Went to use the treadmill one night and it wasn’t working. With the design of the shower, the water goes out onto the floor."

"Towels where really small only one pool for two hotels and small too, if you planing to do laundry you have to pay to wash your clothes breakfast was ok it was a small area."
