"Our stay was great, our room was perfect, clean and comfortable and with everything we might need."

"Room was clean. Staff at front desk were kind HOWEVER the tvs are run on wifi and my entire 4 night stay had lagging wifi. Never went more than 5 minutes without the tv glitching. Brought the concern forward multiple times, yet no solution was given. Wasn’t offered a different room, wasn’t offered a partial refund. What else do you do in a hotel room but watch tv. So disappointing. When I checked out, I was expecting to have a conversation with staff about this again but no one was working the front desk "

"My experience here was a bit odd. The first room I got was not clean, the best was squeaky and I felt really uncomfortable and it was right near the breakfast room and WAS loud I didn’t sleep and it didn’t have a bathtub. They were kind and moved me to another room, the staff were fantastic. "

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unsafe. The room had no smoke alarm, the HVAC unit was dirty, broken, and had exposed wiring, and during the night I woke up with cockroaches on me. I immediately contacted the front desk. Although another room was offered, the conditions made it impossible for me to stay. I requested a refund and was told the manager would call me in the morning. He never did. When I followed up, I was told he had already left for the day. When he finally called later, he refused a refund and insisted that pest control had been there recently. Between the safety issues, the pests, and the lack of accountability from management, I cannot recommend this hotel."

"I've stayed in some very underwhelming places, and while this could be added to that list, it's also not nearly the worst. I didn't see evidence of bedbugs, mice, or mold - which is definitely a positive. However, the room we stayed in was run down, and not as clean as it should have been. The bathroom was probably the cleanest part, which is not nothing. But dust, etc was visibly accumulating in the corners/edges of the carpet. The duvet didn't actually have a cover, it was just between two flat sheets, which was kind of strange. At least one of the pillows on the bed was the size of a throw pillow - not a bed/sleeping pillow. All that said, this place was cheaper - significantly! - than the alternative. Because I had an event in the area, it made sense. If there had been more options, I would probably have opted for one of those. But this was also fine, just not great."
