"Nice clean and quiet "

"If you’re going to this hotel for sleep, pick another establishment. My stay was on Friday and Saturday night; week nights may be okay. The first night, the room above me sounded like a marching band without instruments. That started at 11 p.m. It was ongoing until about 6:30 a.m. The 2nd night, the hotel management moved me to the top floor. BTW, I couldn’t check back in a room until 4 p.m After the decision was made for the second night, around 7 AM, I went back to my room to sleep for at least an hour or two, the housekeeping kept knocking on the door, before ordinary check-out, 3 times. The 2nd night, I’m on the top floor. There’s an outdoor U-shaped outdoor atrium. The design is so every room has can look outside. The bedroom has a window, “sliding door” to that looks over the outside U-shakes atrium court yard. Patrons from the bar were hanging out in the outdoor atrium talked very loudly past 1 a.m., loud echoing voices is annoying in general, but especially when trying to sleep after midnight. During the weekend, this may be a good place to stay if you want to party and stay up late. Families and friends that have children, want to have fun hanging out at the pool, this hotel will be fun. Free breakfast, happy hour, and hors d’oeuvres. My experience at least on the weekend, if you want sleep, after midnight pick another hotel. "

"This property is very outdated and we were disappointed by overall cleanliness of hallways, elevators, and shared spaces. Our patio was covered in bird poop and unusable. The room is very outdated. Not typical of best westerns we have stayed at in the past. "

"Check in was great, this was our 2nd stay and the front desk receptionist had been great both times. I believe her name was Jessica. Only complaints are the bedroom closet door was missing a knob and kind of hard to open. there was only 1 fork with the dishes they have in the room and there were no big bowls and just small ones. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean. Other than the small easy fixes we love this hotel when we’re in Lubbock. "

"The bathroom was not clean. There were very clear dirt marks on the shower walls as well as many pieces of hair all over the bathroom. The carpets need to be shampooed because the halls smell horrible. The outside of the building needs a good power wash as there is bird waste everywhere near the main entrance. The breakfast choices were not good either"
