"tried to arrange early check in. told maybe, and could cost $20. no big deal. got to property early (1pm) for spa day. no early check in. in fact, room not ready until 5:30pm. tried to check in at 4pm, provided ID and credit card (completed the process) and was told I'd get a text when room was ready. got the text. went to front desk. got hassled. refused to provide my credit card again. manager intervened. room key provided."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Scottsdale Camelback Resort. I found this listing through Expedia. It is tailored for a more mature audience, but I appreciated that. The Villa was neat and clean. The property has all sorts of amenities. It's located in an excellent location for walking to nearby shops, restaurants, etc. I felt safe traveling solo as the property is contained. The check-in process was very easy and I completed it online. The staff helped me to get in an hour early and I enjoyed the property while I waited. I would like to recognize the following staff members for their outstanding service - Brooke my esthetician who did my facial at the spa, Melissa the bartender at Splash, Naomi working the front desk at night, and Maria the water yoga instructor. They all made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Thank you all for making my trip to AZ extra special!"
