Splash Universe Resort
A lot of hotel services were "out of order" (Ice machines, Lobby Elevators, Coffee Creamers, Etc.). Understaffed in general. Would not stay at the hotel again. Splash park was fun for kids. Splash cafe was shutdown. Arcade games were mostly empty of prizes. Bartender was cool at the restaurant.

Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel
Staff was excellent. Rooms were a bit rundown. Toledo, a strange city. Seems there weren’t many people around for its size.
